PARENTS' EVENING FOR ALL YEAR GROUPS

We invite you to discuss your child's progress at the Parents' Evenings on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 October from 4.00pm to 6.30pm.

Please indicate below which day and time will be most convenient and also whether there are brother or sisters to co-ordinate timew with.,

Interviews/discussions will be approximately 5‑10 minutes within a given block of time.  Please indicate your 1st (1) and 2nd (2) choice of time or X for any time.  If you wish a specific day please delete the day that is NOT appropriate. Also, if you have any specific comments or questions, please indicate on bottom of this slip to prepare  the class teacher.
