Federation Inclusion Leader

Pay range: Mainscale/UPS plus SEN allowance

We are seeking a caring, passionate and hardworking individual to join our Federation Senior Leadership Team.  The successful applicant will work across our Federation of Infant and Junior Schools to the benefit of all our children on their primary journey. They will coordinate the support for our SEN children and support both schools on their journey to excellence.

This is an exciting time for our Federation having recently joined the Hamwic Education Trust and forging stronger links between the two schools. This recruitment is the first significant appointment across our federation and as a result offers huge potential. It will give the successful applicant the opportunity to grow and innovate and be a flag bearer for our all through primary vision. This is a great opportunity to have a real and lasting impact.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Year 6 teacher to work in our school to support teaching across our year group and also offer booster and interventions to targeted children. This role would be idea for an experienced teacher who has knowledge of SATs, intervention and booster classes.

The successful candidate must have the ability to play a key role in planning, assessment and delivery of lessons. It is essential that the successful candidate can build positive and lasting relationships with both staff and children.

  • Covering whole classes when the need arises
