OUR GOLDEN RULES

• We treat others the way we would like them to treat us.
• We will not accept bullying or rude and threatening behaviour.
• We do not judge others, we try to get to know them.
• We take care of our school building, respect everyone's belongings and wear our uniform with pride.
• We settle to our work quickly, quietly and always do our best.
• We listen to and respect other points of view.

OUR HOME SCHOOL AGREEMENT

THE PUPIL - I shall try to:

• Attend school regularly and be on time.
• Bring all the equipment I need every day.
• Wear the school uniform and be tidy in appearance.
• Do all my class work and homework as well as I can.
• Be polite and helpful to others.
• Keep the school free from litter and graffiti.
• Be honest and open about my life in school.

PARENTS/GUARDIAN - I/we shall try to:

• See that my child goes to school regularly, on time and properly equipped.
• Make the school aware of any concerns or problems that might affect my child's behaviour.
• Support the school's policies and guidelines for behaviour.
• Support my child in homework and other opportunities for home-learning.
• Attend parents' evenings and discussions about my child's progress.
• Get to know about my child's life at the school.

SCHOOL - The School will try to:

• Care for your child's safety and happiness.
• Ensure that your child achieves their potential as a valued member of the school community.
• Provide a balanced curriculum and meet the needs of your child.
• Achieve high standards of work and behaviour through building good relationships and developing a sense of responsibility.
• Keep you informed about general school matters and about your child's progress in particular.
• Be open and welcoming at all times and offer opportunities for you to become involved in the daily life of the school.
